1 can (15 oz.) pure pumpkin
1 Spice cake mix
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons water
2 eggs
2 cups Campfire® mini marshmallows
1 cup nuts
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with foil, extend foil over edge of pan; lightly grease foil.
Mix cake mix, pumpkin pure, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and water until smooth.
Gently fold in ½ cup of nuts and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.
Pour into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Sprinkle the top of bars with remaining marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips and place pan back in the oven for 3 minutes.
Cool in pan on a wire rack.
Once cooled, remove from pan using edges of foil. Cut into bars and serve.
